EndyMed Intensif is a procedure that combines microneedling with radio frequency treatments for a more intense rejuvenating effect. An EndyMed Intensif treatment starts with preparation of the skin including cleansing and the application of a topical numbing agent. The gold-plated microneedles deliver the treatment to the area in a precise manner so there’s less irritation to the skin.

It takes about 7 days for the results to start to appear as the skin has to go through the healing phase, which may include redness and peeling as well as light bruising or bleeding. Because EndyMed Intensif works by stimulating your body’s natural collagen production and skin rejuvenation process, it can take up to 8 months to see optimal results, and multiple treatments spaced about 4 weeks apart are common.

It’s common for skin to be red and irritated post-treatment, and the more intense the treatment, the more severe the irritation will be. For 7 days after the procedure, you should avoid having any other kind of skin treatments and apply a sunscreen daily. Your medical aesthetician may also recommend a gentle cleanser and moisturizer to help support healing.
